What Are Current Remortgage Rates?

Remortgage rates and deals change all the time because of market conditions. You should be able to find remortgage rates between 3.8% and 6.5% (01/2024), though this will vary based on your LTV, circumstances and which lender you use.

How Do I Get the Right Deal on a Remortgage?

If you want to find the right remortgage deal for your situation, you should start by contacting a broker. Brokers have access to a wider range of lenders than you would by applying yourself and we have the experience to help you find better remortgage deals. You can also improve the remortgage rates and deals available to you by ensuring that your credit history is positive, as well as putting forward a bigger deposit.

Your Home (or property) may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or any other debts secured on it.

Absolutely brilliant service. Ben was patient with my questions and give detailed answer that had me leaving the meeting knowing much more about my mortgage, opportunities available for me to improve my rate in the short term and how to plan for a better rate in the future

I dealt with Ben during my initial mortgage appointment and he was nothing but helpful and informative. We initially scheduled an appointment for 45 mins, but we were on the phone for 90 as he went through all of the lenders and services they provide in detail. Ben weighed up several variables and in conjunction with his professional opinion, found me the most appropriate lender for my needs. I have full faith and trust in Ben to continuously scour all lenders for the best deal and find me a bargain. Would highly recommend to anyone and will recommend Yomo Finance to all friends and family.

I've had a great experience using Yomo Finance. Ben has been so much help throughout the whole process and has always been at the other end of the phone to answer any query that I've had. Being a first time and solo buyer, I've had lots of questions however Ben has helped me understand and supported me from start to finish. I 100% recommend. Thank you to Ben and the rest of the team for all of your help.
